Returns & Shipping Policy

At G-TEX Fabrics, we value your business and want you to shop with confidence. Please review our policies before placing your order.

All Sales Final – We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items – In the rare event your fabric or item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at Info@gtexllc.com with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will:
- Send a replacement of the same item (if available), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.

✨ Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll work quickly to resolve any issues.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and/or insurance for added security.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
